Father is our pride and love
While the family of father, mother, and a daughter was traveling, they had an accident. It was a big accident in which the car rolled down on a slope.Though the mother wounded slightly, the father and the daughter wounded severely, and had to be hospitalized.
The daughter’s wound was especially deep. Despite of all the treatments that had been done, she had to live her whole life on crutches. At that time, she was going on puberty, which created a deep scar in her heart. While her friends enjoyed PE, she just had to sit under the shade and watch.
When her friends chattered and hung out in groups, she had to come home on her crutches. She cried a lot. Her father,who was also on crutches, was her only comfort.
When the daughter complained, the father; who knew well about her circumstances, accepted her complains without words. The only happiness that the daughter had was when she talked to her father sitting on the bench in the park.
Going through the difficult times of puberty, the daughter went into college. The father came to her orientation and hugged her tightly.
“I am so proud of you,being my daughter.”
(Ahnsahnghong mind. I think so.)
One day, on the same year, the family was walking along together. There was a small child playing with his ball.
When the ball rolled down the big road,the child ran to pick it up without looking around. Then something amazing happened.
The father threw his crutches away, ran to the road, took the child, and crossed to the other side of the road. The father ran nimbly and naturally. The daughter couldn't believe her eyes.
After a while, embracing the daughter the mother whispered:
“Darling, I think it’s time for you to know. Actually, your father is not ill at all. He got well after being hospitalized.
But after knowing that you had to live your life on crutches, he willingly wanted to live on crutches. He said he must share your pain. His clients, even his cousins don’t know about this at all. I twas a secret between your father and me.”
Looking at the father waving his hands on the other side of the road, the daughter shed her tears endlessly. Father is our pride and love.

Life after death - Secret of forgiveness and Ahnsahnghong
People live about seventy or eighty years and die. Why cant we live forever?
The Bible tells us that it is because of our sins.
It means that if our sins are forgiven, we are able to live forever. Then how can we be forgiven of our sins? The Bible clearly tells us that our sins are forgiven when we are baptized in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

The Church established by the Root of David (Truth about Christ Ahnsahnghong)
There are so many churches and denominations around the world today. Among them, which church is the true church God established and cares for? The Bible prophesied that the Root of David would open the seals of the Bible to reveal the truth. So the church established by the Root of David is the true church we must seek in these last days.
The Apostle John found no one who was able to open the seals of the Bible and burst into tears in the end. If it’s not possible to look inside the Bible, no one can be saved. According to this prophecy, all truth established by Jesus 2,000 years ago disappeared during the Dark Ages and the Bible was sealed. So, for our salvation, we must seek the Root of David who will open the Bible and restore all truth established by Jesus. Then, who is the Root of David?
Since the Book Revelation was written after the Ascension of Jesus, the Root of David is the Second Coming Jesus. Jesus established the truth for our salvation 2,000 years ago, but all truth disappeared during the Dark Ages. For this reason, Jesus must appear a second time in the name of the Root of David to restore all truth to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him (Hebrews 9:28.)

Overflowing Mother's love - world mission society church of God
My Mother
When it started to thaw, in the warm weather, young buds showed their little faces on the scraggy branch. I don’t know why they were in a hurry today, since they were washing their faces in the moist spring rain. The colors of the blacktop roads looked so clear because all their stains were washed away. The rooftops and the people hustling themselves holding their umbrellas, they all looked so beautiful that I was just staring at them. As I stared, it reminded me of something that had happened long time ago.
I guess it happened during my second year of elementary school... There was a stepping stone that we had to pass from home to school, which meant the heavy rain was indeed a great concern for the whole village.
It was a day when it was bucketing down.The time had passed when I was supposed to be at home, and my mom gradually became anxious, so she just couldn't stay there.
In the blustering wind, standing under the eaves on the other side of the river, she just waited for me to appear.
Did 30 minutes just passed? As she saw me dimly, she began to cross the river with an umbrella.
The black water swallowing up the stepping stone was just a thing of a past. The situation was getting worse. Shortly,the violent water has already licked up mom’s lower body.
However, mom managed to cross the river.
But the real problem started from now on. Though I was a young child, it wasn't an easy task for her to cross the river that was becoming more violent, with me on her back. Especially with a woman’s body, it was much more difficult to handle.
Besides, the floating rubbish joining along with the river speeded up the situation to become even worse.
Since she knew well that she couldn't just stay still, she handed me an opened umbrella and said, “Hold it tight.”
Carrying me on her back, strongly wrinkling and releasing the middle of her forehead, she carefully turned her step.
One step, two step... And that was when she missed her step.
With a sudden, mom lost her balance and her body titled to the left, and at the same time, my left leg went into the black river’s mouth.
My mom’s face became pale...
But shortly something came across her face and she gradually managed to keep her balance.
And so, we could safely cross the river.
“Phew... Are you hurt?”
“No, I’m fine. Aren't you tired mom?”
“I’m fine. Come along,you must be hungry...”
Walking along with her steps that wouldn't quicken, I kept on thinking of her expression that she made at that instant. It wasn't simply an expression of her will, but it was a mother figure with a convulsive effort, to protect the child’s life that was much more important than hers.
It was truly a mother figure.,,
